This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which the website/application Bulltrek (referred to as Platform) is owned, managed, operated and published by Bulltrek Technology Proprietorship, (We, Our, Us) having its office HD-278, Wework, 80 feet road, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, India – 560034 (We, Us, Our, Ours), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from the users of mobile or desktop platform and/or services connected with it (“You”, “Your”, “User”)

At Bulltrek, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Bulltrek and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and Platform with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Bulltrek. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

This Privacy Policy must be read as a part and parcel of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
  1. Information we collect
We collect information from Users at various stages from registration on the Platform by the Users to submission of content by the Users or while the User is accessing/using Services. The following amongst others is the information that is mandatorily provided to us by You:-
  1. Name: for the purposes of creation of a profile;
  2. Date of Birth: for the purposes of identification
  3. Gender: for the purposes of creation of a profile
  4. Mobile number, E-mail: for communication, mapping of profile, identification, authentication via OTP;
  5. User ID preference: for the purposes of identification;
  6. Location: for the purposes of creation of a profile.
  7. Proof of Identity: such as Permanent Account Number (PAN), Social Security Details, AADHAR,
  8. Trading account information: including but not limited to API Keys, password, passcode, login details etc.
  9. Device ID: for the purposes of security
  10. Language Preference: for the purpose language


Further in order to verification of profile as well as to ensure existence of the identity of the profile maker, we may seek the mobile number as well as another government recognized document. This information sought is only for the purpose of verification of identity and the same shall not be disclosed to the public, expect, law enforcement services as provided under law.

During the usage of the Platform and its services, we collect the following information automatically: –
  1. name, date of birth, contact number, city of residence, email address, bank account details;
  2. Proof of Identity Documents such as Permanent Account Number (PAN), Social Security Details, AADHAR,
  3. Information on your browser and server logs, including your IP address, information in the cookies and your browsing history;
  4. URL information, time stamp, visit information, your browsing history;
  5. Device information;
  6. Trading account information including but not limited to API Keys, password, passcode, login details etc.;
  7. Date of download and/or reinstall of the App;
  8. Events related to your actions (follows, time spent, how often and when you visit the Platform etc.);
  9. Language


  1. Reason to collect the information
We collect information to provide the Services and for the purposes as outlined below:-
  1. In order to help us identify you when you log onto the Platform and when you register an account with us, and, to validate, authorize and map a specific profile with an authorized user;
  2. In order to enhance the quality of the Services that we provide and improve your experience during browsing;
  3. In order to perform the contractual and legal obligation;
  4. In order to communicate with you;
  5. In order to provide you with news, special offers, general information about other products and services along with marketing information and surveys, as agreed to by you;
  6. In order to provide and process service requests initiated by you;
  7. In order to comply with the guidelines as provided under law.

We may share your Personal Information only :-

We will keep personal information including trade history of Users for only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for 360 (Three Hundred Sixty) days. At the end of that retention period, we may either delete the information, or anonymize it.

  1. Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. We not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
